As the all powerful Archaic Bard Zan is, he creates spells form now and then,if not magic items, or trying to conquer the universe. So he made this spell to freeze his enemies in aw. 

The targets in the 30ft area the caster picks must make a wisdom saving throw, on a failure the target takes 1d12 Psychic damage and is petrified , on successful the target only takes 1d12 psychic damage.

When cast at every 2 levels higher than 4th level damage die increased by 1d12. Ie: cast at 6th level increased to 2d12, cast at 8th level increased to 3d12
