You breath in deeply as the smell of honey wafts around you, and as you lean forward and open your mouth a swarm of bees bursts forth in a 30 foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The bee's begin to circle in a 15 foot radius sphere at the end point of the 30 foot cone for the duration. When a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 piercing damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.

Great spell and well written. Saw this featured on the stream today and already "legalized" it in my home campaign for a bug-oriented character.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! I also made a Druid Circle thats completely bug themed, https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/591838-circle-of-the-arthropod
Circle of the Arthropod! Maybe that'll help your bug theme!
I had to add this to my collection because it reminds me of an old Sick Animation cartoon. ;) Super fun!
Sorcerer and Warlock but no Wizard? For shame.
Wizards have enough spells...
I like the spell - I could see it with a nature-loving sorcerer or warlock. My only concern is that most spells (I believe) either have you take damage at the time or at the start of your turn (as well as enter). With this spell, you get both. So most creatures (few have the ability to move outside of their turns) will get the damage twice in a round - once when the spell is cast and again when they start their turn.
The zone created at the end of this is fiddly and doesn't match similar 3rd level spell effects. I'd look at Cone of Cold as an analogue.
