Calming Candles

You perform an occult ritual. Anoint twenty candles with oils made of herbs or flowers familiar to the target of the spell. While anointing each candle a short phrase familiar to the target must be repeated. Lay a willing target in the center of the circle of candles and they will be protected from harming themselves from night terrors in their sleep as their physical self rests calmly.
