Apeiron's Launching Spear

You transmute an iron spear from a solid material such as dirt, stone or wood. From a space within 5 feet from you and launch it against a creature within 60 feet, make a range spell attack. On hit it deals 1d10 piercing damage.

You can choose to go prone to increase the range to 120 and increase the damage to 1d12 piercing damage.

This spell's damage increases by 1d10 or 1d12 when you reach 5th level (2d10/2d12), 11th level (3d10/3d12), and 17th level (4d10/4d12).
