A shock of destructive lightning forming a 90-ft cube blasts out from you in every direction. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 9d12 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The lightning ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried. Any explosives effected are detonated.
