Vicious Rappery

You send out a string of insults laced with subtle enchantments at a group of up to three creatures within range. however all extra targets save for your primary target have advantage to the save. If the targets can here you (though it need not understand you) The targets must make a wisdom saving throw, on a failed save the target(s) take 2d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of it’s turn, on a successful save the target(s) take half damage and does not gain disadvantage on its next attack roll, however they are compelled to say "OOOOOOOH!" at any creature that has failed the save.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 and you can target one extra creature for each slot level above 1st.
