Adventuring Clone

This spell summons an exact copy of a humanoid. In order for the spell to work the target must be willing or fail a charisma save. The target of this spell lays in one coffin and the clone is summoned into the other empty coffin within 10 feet. The silver thread connects the two coffins. The target is put into a coma as their spirit moves into the clone. The clone has all the same statistics, skills and memories of the original. The clone is summoned with mundane copies of all the original targets items. When the clone is killed, dies, or the spell duration expires the clone vanishes and the targets spirit returns to their original body with all of the memories and experience of the clone but none of the newly acquired items or injuries.

When cast at higher level:

If cast as a third level spell the duration is two months. If cast as a fourth level spell the duration is three months. If cast as a fifth level spell the duration is six months. If cast as a sixth level spell the duration is one year.  At seventh level, five years. At eighth level, ten years. If cast as a ninth level spell the duration is permanent.
