Shimmering sliver armor encompasses the user adding the casters modifier to there AC and removes the AC of the armor currently being worn. A magical silver greatsword is made alongside becoming a 2d6+Modifier Slashing plus 1d8+modifier Force Damage  weapon. Lastly this weapon acts as a arcane focus and causes any weapon based spell to become a bonus action.
