Bleeding Jinx

You shout curses at a target within range as grotesque cuts open across its body. The target must make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 3d12 slashing damage and an additional 1d4 slashing damage at the start of each of its turns for the duration of this spell. If the target receives 8 or more hit points from any one source, this spell ends. If a creature drops to 0 hit points while affected by this spell then this spell also ends for it, but it also has disadvantage on its death saving throws. On a successful save, the target takes 3d12 damage but suffers from no additional effects.
