You reach forth with a hand of arcane might, passing through the  ethereal plane until you reach the target, where it then materializes. Choose a target you can see within 30 ft, this creature must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save DC, on a failure choose one organ or bone the creature has, the organ/bone then shrinks to fit inside the jar and is still magically connected, providing its job to the creature, and as a bonus action you may sever the connection and the creature suffers the effects of missing said body part. The organ is perfectly preserved and is provided all substances needed to keep it intact. On a successful save the creature is unaffected and cannot be targeted by this spell again for 30 days.
