For the duration of the spell, you have the appearance of a bush and total cover if you take no move actions on your turn, and partial cover until the start of your next turn if you move more than five feet; taking damage or attacking ends the effect of the spell. Additionally, for the duration of the spell you have advantage on Stealth checks if you are in difficult terrain that is the result of trees, shrubs, vines, and/or undergrowth. Creatures can make a DC 10+spellcasting ability modifier Nature check to see through your disguise, and passing the check ends the effect. You can also end the effect of the spell with a bonus action.
At level 5 the spell's duration is 5 minutes, at level 11 the duration is 1 hour, and at level 17 the duration is a day.
