Blood To Wine

You transform a portion of one target's blood to wine. On a failed constitution saving throw, the target becomes intoxicated for 10 minutes, causing disadvantage on any dexterity based attacks, and a negative 1d4 penalty to any intelligence or dexterity saving throws.

Duration is halved against targets with poison resistance. Targets with poison immunity are not affected.

Critical spell effect: If the targeted creature rolls a natural 1 on their saving throw, they become intoxicated to the point of falling unconscious for 10 minutes.
