Card of wild magic

Make a ranged spell attack on a creature you can see within 60 feet (this spell may also target yourself). If the target is unwilling they must make a wisdom saving throw against your Spell DC. On a fail the target must roll on the Sorcerer wild magic table and follow the instructions. On a pass they target may still roll on the wild magic table but choose to accept the effect placed upon them.

If the target rolls a 99-00 roll again.
