You create a Tiny hole in the multiverse hovering in space. This hole lasts for the duration or until this spell is cast again. The hole obliterates all matter it passes through and all matter that passes through it. Artifacts are the exception. Anything else that touches the hole but isn't wholly engulfed and obliterated by it takes 2d10 force damage. All other creatures within 15 ft of the hole must make a Constitution saving throw. On failure, the creature takes 2d10 force damage and is pulled 10 ft towards the hole. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is not pulled towards the hole. A nonmagical object that isn't being worn or carried also takes the damage if it's in the spell's area.
As a bonus action, if you are within 60 ft of the hole, you can move the hole up to 30 ft and force all creatures within 15 ft of it to make the saving throw against the hole's damage and pull. If you ram the hole into a creature, the spell ends.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage for both effects of the spell increases by 1d10 and the reach of the spell's effects increases by 15 ft for for every two slot levels above the 3rd.
