Beacon of Despair

This spell bestows despair and dullness. Choose any number of creatures within range, when the spell is cast or when they enter the area they make a WIS saving throw. For the duration, each target has disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws and death saving throws, and regains half the maximum number of hit points rolled from any healing. On a success, the spell has no effect.
