Vision of Mitalar

You press your hands gently to your temples, and attempt to see planar matter invisible to the naked eye. For the duration, you gain the ability to tell if any creature or item has been on a different plane than the Prime Material Plane within the last 100 days. Creatures or items that have visited other demi-planes, such as the Nine Hells or any of the Elemental Planes, have a slight glow to them, as if a spectral dust floats around them. The more recently the creature or object had visited another plane, the more spectral dust surrounds them. 

You cannot ascertain the plane that the creature or object had visited from this spell, and all spectral dust appears the same.  

At Higher Levels: Starting at 3rd level, when you cast this spell, you are able to see the spectral dust on creatures and objects who have visited other planes within the last year. For each level above 3rd, add one year to the time in which you can tell if a creature/object has visited another plane. At Level 9, you can ascertain if a creature/object has ever visited another plane.
