Arrow Storm

You tie a feather to an arrow and release it. The arrow warps to above the target(s) and splits into 10 arrows that rain down upon the target(s) (Maximum of 10 creatures) in a 20 foot radius. Target(s)s must make a Dexterity saving throw equal to your spell save or take 2d8 piercing damage. On a successful save targets take half damage. 

This spell deals an additional 2d8 per spell level used. As well as increases the maximum number of targets by 10 per spell level.
