You make yourself- not including any clothes or other belongings on your person- look slightly different until the spell ends or until you use your action to dismiss it. The extent of this spell is very minor- you can appear older or younger, conceal scars or markings, change your skin, hair, or eye color. You cannot disguise yourself as taller or shorter, but you can change your appearance to that of a closely related race- a Human could look like a Half-Orc, or a High Elf like a Wood Elf.

The changes wrought by this spell fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, if you use this spell to disguise scars or wrinkles, a person would still be able to feel them upon contact with your skin.

To discern that you are disguised, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.
