Bone Rend

With the motion of your hand you place a binding curse on yourself and a single target up to 30 feet away. As long as the spell is active both the effected target and caster have disadvantage on all dexterity and strength checks, saves, and skill checks that fall under strength or dexterity. In addition the movement speed of both effected targets is decreased by 10 for the spells duration. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the decrease in movement speed increases by 5 for each slot level above the 3rd. If this spell is cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher both targets gain disadvantage on melee attack rolls in addition to the spells normal effects. This spell has no effect on targets that do not have a skeleton or similar features such as elementals, similarly the spell has no effect on creatures of the huge or gargantuan size category.
