Slams the target with a heavy, pointed bolt of ice. Creatures resistant to fire make their save with disadvantage. Deals 8d8 force damage, plus caster level in cold damage. E.g. a level 7 wizard inflicts 8d8+7 in total. A target that fails its save is also knocked prone if size large or smaller.

At higher levels. For every spell level higher than level 4, an additional 1d8 hitpoints of damage is dealt.
