Cato's Ark of the Cosmos

You call upon the innate arcane force flowing through the inner workings of the universe, regaining your lost power and releasing the extra power you can't hold.

As the sky becomes a beautiful starscape, a column of arcane light strikes your hand. You regain all expended spell slots (except the one used to cast this spell), and release 3 beams of force. Make three ranged spell attacks against targets of your choice that you can see. On a hit, they take 4d12 force damage.
