Booming Voice

This spell creates an effect where your voice can be heard clearly by anyone in the radius of effect.  

When you cast this, whenever you speak you can choose to have your voice project out to be heard by anyone in a 100 foot radius. You can choose when your voice is normal or booming while the spell is active.

 Any creature that is deafened, does not hear, affected by Silence or any magical or normal condition; is still unable to hear the casters voice  

You can choose the radius from 20 feet all the way to you maximum radius granted by your level at any time. Expanding it or contracting the radius at will. 

With each caster Level beyond your ability to cast 2nd level spells, the radius increases by 100 feet.
