Blood Claws

As part of casting this spell your weapons and/or shields meld into your arms and your forearms and hands grow and transform into blood covered claws. You vanish in a spray of blood to strike. Choose up to 3 creatures you can see within range. Make a melee spell or weapon attack (your choice) against each target. On a hit, a target takes 4d8 slashing damage (this counts as magical for the sake of overcoming damage resistance or immunity).

You can then teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of one of the targets you hit or missed. Your limbs and items return to normal.
