Chaos Beam

The caster begins to laugh uncontrollably as a rainbow beam of swirling chaos comes out of their hands. On a hit the target takes 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d12 plus 1d20 damage. The damage type is either acid, cold, fire, lightning, necrotic, poison, psychic, radiant or thunder; DM's choice. If you roll a 1 on the d20 then the spell does half damage and you are paralyzed for 5 minutes or until someone comes and helps you. If you roll a 20 then the target is either blinded, deafened, paralyzed, petrified, restrained, stunned, unconscious, reduced to maddened laughter (and knocked prone as a result) or the target is affected by two damage types instead of 1; again, DM's choice.
