When a creature leaves the current plane and attempts to travel to another, you can use a reaction to attempt to discern the plane to which they're traveling and make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a success, you successfully discern the plane the creature has traveled to, and attacks made using plane-crossing spells like Reach Across Planes have advantage. On a failure, you take 1d6 psychic damage and cannot tell what plane the creature has traveled to.
