The caster holds their hands up to the sky, and a tiny shining orb forms and then explodes, bathing all other creatures within 30 feet of the caster in righteous holy flames. Each creature (other than the caster) within the area of effect must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Creatures that are immune to the blinded condition or that have blindsight have advantage on this saving throw.
The caster must make a Constitution saving throw or suffer 8d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
