You pull your cylinder from your pouch and raise it. All creatures within a 60 foot line have to make a DEX saving throw. If fail they take 3d6 cold damage and get pushed back 10 feet. If succeeded, you take half and don't get pushed. The cylinder you use emits mist for another turn.
At Higher Levels: For each level higher then 2nd, the target takes 1d6 extra damage.
