Uncontrolled; the blast deals 1d12 of radiant damage to everyone in a 75 foot radius from the user as well as incapacitating the user. Controlled; You fire a beam of radiant energy from your hands at a creature within range dealing 1d12 to everyone in the blast's path. Everyone that would be affected must make a DEX save. 1d12 is added to the damage at level 11(2d12), and 2d12 at level 17(4d12).
