You attempt to obscure the vision of onlookers. Choose one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Widom saving throw or take 1d6 necrotic damage and be blinded until the end of their next turn.
This spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
Alternatively, you can tap and object on a creature (no larger than 1 cubic foot) and obscure it from vision. In order for a creature to see the object, they must make a perception check equal to your spell save DC. This property lasts for 1 hour.
