Arcane Rejuvenation

You break down your magic into components and refuel yourself. When you cast this spell, you can regain a number of spell slots whose slot levels add up to 4 (for example, you could regain a 3rd and a 1st level spell slot, or 2 2nd level, or a 2nd level and 2 1st level slots). 

When cast at higher levels: The slot level in which the restored spell slots must add up to increases by 1 for each level above 4th. You can not regain a spell slot of 6th level or higher using this spell.
