You wave your hands to create illusory words on any surface as long as it is flat (such as paper, a table, a wall), the words appear as if they were hand-written - but the words have a shimmer to them. It has to be in a language that you can read and understand. The words appear on the paper for 1 minute, unless you decide to dispell; this causes the words to instantaneously vanish off of the paper.

This spell can be learned from someone else, such as a mentor. This spell can also be learned through a book on the subject of Arcane Sign Language. 

This spell can be given to any character who is mute or deaf, as an easy way to communicate.
