You touch the canvas or parchment used to cast this spell and choose to make one side as reflective as a mirror. You use the duration to position the reflection how you want. The instant the duration ends, the image stops being reflective, and the reflected image becomes imprinted on the material. The imprint will be an etching, unless you are holding an ink vial, in which case the image will be a perfectly outlined and detailed black and white drawing of the reflection. A collection of paints of every colour of the rainbow will allow for a fully coloured painting identical to the reflection, the end result being a glossy printed photo. Ink and paints do not work if the material used is glass, which can only be etched with an image. You can flip the reflection during the duration, if you for example want to take a picture of writing without it being back to front. The spell fails in dark places like at night time unless there is a light source.
