You call upon the power of Corellon Larethian, the god of Life, and obtain his aid. For up to one minute, the sun sends its rays down to you, flowing through your holy symbol. All creatures of your choice within 50 feet must make a dexterity saving throw or take 6d8 radiant damage and 2d8 fire damage, or half as much on a passing save. Roll 1d6. On a 3-6, the creature is now on fire and will take 1d4 fire damage a turn, and must use their action to put out the flames. This spell can only be cast outside during the day, casting it on a day where the sun is not visible, the clouds will part and the sun begins to shine down into your holy symbol.
At higher levels, increase the radiant damage by 2d8, and fire damage by 1d8 per level.
