You touch either an edible object or portion of drink, the spell gives it a property of a strong narcotic for up to 10 minutes or untill someone consumes it. Upon the consumption the affected creature makes 3 constitution saving throws, one for each of the following effects:
-the target gets -5 to its inteligence tests
-every charisma test against the target is made with advantage
-the target is unable to take the dash, disengage, hide and jump actions
The drugs effect last for 10 minutes or till the intoxicated creature consumes anything that he is convinced would help with this condition.
