The King wiped sweat from his brow as he continued chanting. The spell was nearly complete. While carefully maintaining the stream of binding words from his mouth, he kneels and cuts his palm open with the special dagger. He does the same to the beautiful unconscious Archangel in front of him. Taking care not to waste any of the precious liquid, he collects both in a vial and swirls the blood together. After there is no visible distinction between that of the Celestial's life force and his, he carefully pours exactly half of the concoction into his own cut first, then the rest into the Angel's, in time with the last syllable rolling of his tongue. As the mixture mixes into it's hosts, the cuts seal and leave no trace of anything, save for a binding rune that seams to be etched into both the King's and his victim's hands. Exhausted, he stands and stumbles outside of the cell in which he has just created.
The caster of this spell binds one creature's life force with it's own to imprison it somewhere. The caster chooses the location and must preform the spell with a clear picture of the boundaries for the prison. It must not be constraining for the target (ex. causing something to shrink into and object, etc.) To cast the spell, the target must be unconscious for the hour it takes to cast the binding magic. The target may make DC20 CON Saving Throws at the DM's discretion. On a success, the target wakes up and the spell must be restarted from the beginning. If the spell is successfully cast, the following immediately becomes reality:
The target is bound to a location and cannot use any form of magic or leave the designated prison.
The target can see spectral lines that mark the boundaries.
If the target attempts to force it's way out, it immediately takes 10d6 Psychic damage and is knocked unconscious for half an hour.
So long as the caster lives, these rules apply and cannot be undone in any other way.
The caster must recast the spell, once a week, for four weeks to make the binding permanent.
If the caster misses a week, the spell fails and he or she drops dead as the target is released.
If the caster dies, the spell intermediately fails and the target is free, regaining all magical ability.
The same location cannot be used for than one creature at a time.
The caster may also only have one target imprisoned at a time.
Other creatures (including the caster) may enter and leave the area without penalty.
The bound target cannot harm the caster directly in any way.
If any attempt is made, the same rules apply as if it tried to escape.
While in the prison, the target cannot die by any means.
