Bombastic Blast

You place your hands together and weave arcane magic together to create a powerful explosion to a target that is within 5ft of you. A creature must make a dexterity saving the creature takes 1d12 fire damage and is knocked prone on a failure, takes half the damage on a success and is not knocked prone.

Creatures within 5ft of the blast other then the spell caster and the target of the spell  must make a dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 force damage on a failure none on a success.

This spell's damage increase by 1d12 and 1d4 as the spell levels up.
