binding spell

This spell allows for the binding of large objects to smaller ones. For example, it has the ability to bind a tent to a handkerchief, or a for into a bag. The bigger the item the larger the holding item. There are two key phrases to make it work. To open the item, lay out the holder flat on the ground and say "release", and to reverse it, say "descend"
