Belch

Your stomach grows impossibly large. You emit an enormous belch from you mouth at a creature within range. That creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 thunder damage. Additionally it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed 5 feet away from you.

At the end of your belch, a tiny voice only heard by the affected creature says "excuse me"

The spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
