Bands of Baftis

You lash out multiple bands from your hands like you are using a whip. Roll an attack roll against the target. On a hit the target takes 2d12 fire damage as the band burn with the intensity of the hells and you can choose either of three things to happen:

• You pull yourself 15 feet through the air closer to the target.
• You pull the target 15 feet towards yourself.
• You hold the target in place for until the start of your next turn, the creature can try to break free from the bands with a Strength(Athletics) check DC of 13.
