With this spell, you call upon the gods of the wind to boost your speed and it shoots you forward and increases your speed by 10x. Every time you use this spell there is a chance you wouldn't be able to use this spell. Roll a 1D20 if it is a 10 or higher you get the speed boost if you roll 9 or below the spell reduces speed by 1/2
