Celestia's Radiance

You open a quick portal into the heavenly plane of Mount Celestia, which appears in the air at a point within range. Creatures in a 10-feet wide, 20-feet high cylinder beneath the portal (except constructs and undead) regain 2d6 hit points. If an affected creature is of a Good alignment, you may roll 2d10 instead of 2d6 for that creature. 

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the diameter of the cylinder increases by 5 feet for each slot level above 2nd.
