Damage/Effect
A gooey hand launches from your palm and sticks to a surface or creature within range.
If the target is a surface you are instantly pulled towards the surface at an incredible speed and can choose to stick there until you either, drop the spell, break concentration or use the spell again.
If the target is a creature the effect is different based on the size.
- If the creature is your size or smaller, you both launch towards each other, meeting at the halfway point.
- If the creature is larger than you, you are launched towards the creature.
