Cloak of Pine Needles

Transform a cloak or some other medium sized cloth into a cloak of green pine needles. For the duration, anyone wearing the cloak takes the following effects:

False Appearance While the wearer remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from a shrub or small tree.

Damage Resistance cold, piercing.

Needle Dance As a reaction, the wearer can cause the needles to shed, and fly around them causing an attack to be rolled with disadvantage. This negates damage resistance and false appearance for 1 round.

Only 1 cloak can be made at one time. If another cloak is made the first will immediately die, shed it's needles and return to its previous material.
