The caster speaks a chosen command word in the common language as storm clouds circle overhead the caster is then engulfed in the wind and lightning in the gale creating a 10ft barrier of healing winds and lightning fast reflexes. Granting every friendly creature in it's range an additional reaction along with 2/D8 healing per round provided that the creature started or ended his/her respective turn in the spell radius
The radius of the spell will increase by 10ft for every slot used above 4th e.x: Lvl 5=20ft
In addition if the spell is cast at 9th level it will revive and stabilize friendly creatures in it's range instantaneously
