You ready the weapon used in the casting, and disappear in a flash of lightning.
Choose a point up to 30 ft in a straight line from you that you can see. For every creature in that line you may make a melee spell attack. On hit, each target takes the originall weapon damage as well as 4D10 lightning damage.
Also, any target hit must succeed on a constitution save throw or be paralyzed till the start of your next turn. You then reappear at the chosen point.
