You create a small invisible orb 5 feet above a creature you can see within 30 feet that follows until the spell duration ends or is dispelled. As a bonus action, you can see and hear through the orb in any direction within 30 feet, anything beyond that is blurred until the start of your next turn. Whenever you are in this condition, you are blind and deaf to your own senses. The orb can see any invisible creature or objects and has darkvision of 30 feet.

The orb can pass through solid material and occupies 1 foot of space. There is no range limit to how far the orb can travel and it even travels with creatures that can teleport however if the targeted creature enters another plane, the spell ends.
