Web of Dissonance

You weave your hand through the air causing phantasmal threads to weave through the air and out to five creatures within range, the threads sink into the hearts of the targets as you release a dissonant frequency that fuels them with turmoil. Creatures targeted by the spell must make a Charisma spell save or take 6d6 Force Damage and be stunned till the end of your next turn, or take half as much damage on a successful save and aren't paralyzed.

Additionally you can instead choose to target one creature with the spell dealing 10d6  Force Damage and become paralyzed for a minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and no paralysis on a successful save. The singular creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of their subsequent turns.

Casting this spell at a spell slot of 5th or higher increases the damage by 1d6, for each spell slot above 4th level.
