An explosion of peer emotion summons a great power deep with in the users self, forcing the user to expel that emotion in the form of crimson lightning. This causes 10D12 lightning damage and 10D8 necrotic damage. The lighting covers a 40 foot radius that surrounds the user. Must make a Saving Throw of Dex that beats 20+Spell DC or take half damage and move beyond the 40FT radius blast
