You draw upon the power of the stars themselves, condensing starlight into a dense sphere of glowing, celestial energy. The energy sphere then drops from the heavens onto one target creature within range. The target must make a dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 12d10 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Additionally, after the initial attack, all creatures within 60 feet of the spell's initial center point must make a constitution saving throw, as the sphere explodes into blinding light. A target takes 2d10 radiant damage and becomes blinded until the start of your next turn on a failed save. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage and is not blinded.
If this spell is cast at night with a clear view of the stars, the damage for all rolls increase by an additional 2d10, as the connection to the stars is much more clear.
