Weave Malediction

A sense of sickening staleness and a chilling frost begins radiating from you as the Weave around you withers and becomes temporarily corrupted. Any spellcaster within 20 feet of you must make a successful spellcasting check vs your spell DC before casting a spell; if the check fails, they lose the action but not the spell slot. They must also make a successful Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration if they spend any part of their turn inside the aura.

When cast as a ritual, the spell consumes a ruby worth at least 100 gp, and a vial of blood or venom, which is used in the forming of the ritual circle, and the spell has a duration of 1 hour.
